Operations Site Manager

Member of the site management team, you are responsible of the operationnal performance of 2 industrial sites (120 employees).

In a low volumes /high mix production context for the major aeronautic customers, you manage Production, Industrialization, Planning, Quality Assurance, Purchase / Sup.

Your goal is to build and reach the Production Plan for the plant in compliance with the safety of people and goods, environmental standards and quality processes (ISO 9001, EN9100,Part 21).

You are in charge of several production lines and manage your teams with great autonomy, organization, team organization, respect for policies, training, information/communication.

You are a key member in the group for industrial projects especially in the context of continuous improvement and sharing « best practices ».

Real technical expert and manager of multidisciplinary teams, your main objectives will be:

• Ensuring production plans of the 2 sites in compliance with cost, quality and delay.
• Organize, lead and supervise your staff in a context of strong growth by providing skills development

• Participate in the design of new prototypes, the overall coordination of projects and control their transition phase of industrialization.
• Participate in the capitalization of know-how of the company
• Operational reporting and communication with headquarters.

Graduated in Engineering (BA/Master), 10 to 15 years of relevant experiences in leading several low volume /high mix production lines in the field of electronics and/or sensors.

Strong management experience of Production/Maintenance/industrialization teams, to ensure success of implementation of continuous improvement tools and lead organizational changes within your areas of responsability.

You have a very good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, Lean Manufacturing), great ease to lead the teams, a taste for technology and problem solving with a strong performance culture.

Fluent in English is essential. Good knowledge of techniques and practices specific to the electronic industry is a plus. The strong growth of our group will give you a wide range of opportunities to develop your talents in France and abroad.
